2-2-3 in Pennsylvania
Two nights with one parent, two with the other, then a three-night weekend that alternates. Over two weeks it comes out even. In Pennsylvania this is written into a Custody Agreement, where time with a child is called physical custody.

What Pennsylvania expects
Pennsylvania grades custody into named forms — sole, shared, primary, partial, and supervised physical custody — and its relocation statute (§ 5337) has strict notice requirements worth writing into the plan.
Governing law: 23 Pa.C.S. § 5323.
The honest trade-off
No long gap between seeing either parent, which is why it's the most common 50/50 schedule for little kids. The cost is exchanges — six a fortnight, roughly double most other schedules — so it only works when handoffs are calm and the drive is short.
